How to send creators your products

Ship from your own Shopify store with one click, let creators pick their size or color, and start the deadline when it lands.

Needs a connected Shopify store with the Ship permissions. The order is a $0 order in your store, so your normal fulfillment handles it.

Setting it up on a campaign

In the campaign turn on Ships a product and choose the product from your store. Pick one exact option for everyone, or Let each creator pick their size or color.
Optional: Ship automatically sends it the moment both of you have signed the Gig Agreement.

On a hire

Check Chat The package card shows the creator's shipping address once they've added it (Hype asks them).
Click Ship Hype creates the order in your store, free shipping, tagged Hype. Fulfill it the way you fulfill anything.
Tracking comes back When you add tracking in Shopify, the card updates to Shipped and the creator gets a notification and a Track package button.

The creator's delivery window starts when the product is delivered, not when you hire them. If a shipment stalls, it's on the card, not a surprise two weeks later.
