Reporting a problem or a person

Something's wrong with a gig, a payment, or someone's behavior.

• A gig: use the Report button in the chat thread, or ask Hype to review. We read the brief and the Gig Agreement and decide.
• A payment: Wallet shows every movement with a date. If something's missing, email hello@hyperattention.ai with the campaign or order.
• A person: Report from their profile or the chat. We review every report within a business day.
• Security: privacy@hyperattention.ai for anything about your data or a suspected breach.
