How do I post a campaign?

Go to Campaigns → New campaign. Set the title, who posts (the creator on their own account, or delivered to you), platforms, videos per creator, how many creators, pay per video, delivery window, perks, and a brief. The total budget is reserved from your wallet the moment you post, and creators nearby see it immediately.

How do I add funds?

Wallet → Add funds. Secure checkout accepts card, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Your balance updates as soon as the payment clears; nothing is charged until you confirm inside the checkout.

What happens when I hire someone?

Hype generates a Gig Agreement for that creator and campaign. You sign it when you accept them, they sign it before delivering. Until both signatures are in, videos can't be submitted and no money moves.

How do reviews and payment work?

Delivered videos land in Submissions. Watch the video, then Approve (which releases that video's pay from escrow to the creator immediately) or Request changes with a note. Turn on Review mode to approve on click with seven seconds to undo, and select several videos to approve at once. Unreviewed videos are auto-approved after 14 days.

What are perks and receipts?

Perks are extras you offer on top of pay, like a free item while filming or a discount. If a creator pays for something you said you'd cover, they submit the receipt in chat and you reimburse it from the campaign's escrow. Reimbursements carry no platform fee.

Where do the view counts come from?

Creators connect their public TikTok or Instagram accounts. Every night Hype reads the public view counts for the videos they made through your campaigns and shows the totals on Overview and Analytics. Creators can also enter views by hand.

What does Hype cost?

Adding funds is free. Hype takes 3% from each creator payout. Some dashboard features are part of a subscription managed through the App Store.

Can I get unspent budget back?

Yes. When a campaign ends, anything still in escrow returns to your wallet automatically.

How do I find gigs?

Gigs shows every campaign that is still hiring, split into Local (near your city) and Online. Suggested for you matches your niches. Open a gig to see the brief, pay, perks, and the business's profile and reviews, then Apply.

I got hired. What now?

Sign the Gig Agreement in the chat, then film. Upload each video in the chat (file or link). The business reviews it and either approves it, which pays you that video's amount right away, or asks for changes with a note.

When and how do I get paid?

Each approved video pays out to your Hype balance instantly, minus the 3% platform fee. Withdraw from Wallet to your bank or card, usually within a day. The first time, our payment processor will verify your identity so it can issue tax forms.

Do I have to disclose that it's paid?

Yes. Use the platform's branded-content tools and add #ad. It's required by the FTC and by every gig agreement.

Who owns my videos?

You do. Approving a video gives the business a license to use it on their own channels and ads. They can't sell it to anyone else.

How do invites work?

Businesses can find you in Discovery and invite you to a campaign. Invites appear under Invites; accepting files your application straight away.

How do I improve my profile?

Add a photo, a short bio, your handles, up to three top videos, and a portfolio. Rate businesses after gigs — active, well-reviewed creators show up higher in Discovery.

I can't sign in.

Web and app use the same account. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same button. Password resets go to the email on your account.

Something went wrong with a gig.

Ask Hype to review from the chat, or email hello@hyperattention.ai with the campaign name. We decide based on the brief and the Gig Agreement.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Sign out isn't deletion. Email privacy@hyperattention.ai from your account email and we'll close it within 30 days after any open gigs settle.
