Billing and fees, explained

What Hype charges, when, and to what. No surprises.

Your plan

Starter, Growth or Max, monthly or yearly, billed on buildhype.app or through the App Store if you subscribed in the app. See the plans guide.

Campaign money

You add funds to your wallet in advance. Adding funds costs 5% / 4% / 3% by card or 3% / 2% / 1.5% by bank on Starter / Growth / Max. Campaign pay then moves from your wallet to creators as you approve videos, with no further fee to you. Hype takes 3% from the creator when they withdraw.

Community money

Nothing upfront. Every Monday, Hype bills last week's creator share of sales to your card or bank, plus 1.5% of those sales as Hype's fee, plus processing: 3% card or 1.5% bank. Under $50 rolls forward, up to 30 days.

Ads

Meta and TikTok bill the ad spend. Hype adds 1.25% of what ads built in Hype spent, on the same Monday payment.

Refunds

A refunded order reduces the creator's share before it's billed to you. The Analytics and Wallet numbers update as refunds come in.
